The platform

A new website.
The whole AP Hub platform included.

We replace your existing website with a provider-branded site and the AP Hub platform. Our aim is to lower your overall costs by bringing your website, referrals, delivery evidence and reporting into one service.

Branded provider website

Your replacement website uses your branding and website address, with your curriculum, policies and approved impact stories. The AP Hub platform is included behind it.

Secure referrals

General enquiries and sensitive referrals are kept apart. Caseworkers upload through a verified, case-bound route — with or without an EHCP.

Capacity & placements

Availability by site, service, age range and support needs — with a “last confirmed” date, so commissioners never rely on stale information.

Session evidence on the go

Tutors and mentors record attendance, notes and evidence from a phone. Planned, delivered, cancelled and unrecorded sessions stay clearly distinct.

Six half-termly reports

Report drafts compiled from source-linked evidence, approved by a responsible person, and shared in the right version for each recipient.

Pupil & parent voice

Text, optional audio, symbols or assisted input. Contributors see who can read what they share — and silence is never recorded as agreement.

A tutor records session notes on a phone next to a student's open maths exercise book.

Record once

Less time chasing paperwork. More time with learners.

Every observation is linked to the learner, placement, session and outcome it supports. When a report is due, the evidence is already there — and anything missing is shown as missing, not quietly filled in.

  • Observations, pupil voice, professional judgement and AI drafts are always labelled as what they are
  • Corrections keep the original value, the reason and who made the change
  • Concerns follow your safeguarding procedure immediately — they never wait for a report

Follow the learner journey

A visible next step.

Traffic lights show the status of a task — never a judgement about a young person.

    Stage 3 of 6

SEND needs and behaviour pathways can overlap. A non-EHCP route still considers the young person’s individual needs; placements and plan changes are agreed by people.

    One evidence base.
The right view for each person.

Families get an understandable update. Schools see agreed attendance and progress. Local authorities see the information needed to review a placement. Your team keeps the evidence and approval history.

Every learner can take part — in the way that suits them.

A learner who can't, or doesn't want to, speak can still be heard. Contributions can be written, recorded, made with symbols or with support from a trusted adult.

    • Contributors review their transcript and see who it will be shared with
    • Learners are told, in plain language, what happens if they raise a worry
    • Family access follows verified relationships and safeguarding restrictions

    Trust, privacy & AI

People stay accountable. Technology does the heavy lifting.

    Humans approve, always

AI can suggest a draft or link evidence to an outcome — with the source passage shown. It can never approve a report, make a placement decision or rewrite a plan.

Access by relationship, not job title

Named accounts, deny-by-default permissions and access that ends when a placement relationship ends. Seniority alone never unlocks a safeguarding record.

    Public impact, carefully

No live counters fed by pupil data. Public results are dated snapshots that pass disclosure checks and separate approval. Small groups stay suppressed.

    Your website address, your content

You keep control of your website address, branding and content. We help move your website to AP Hub and provide data export and support if you choose to leave.

    What AP Hub won't do

    • Make autonomous placement decisions
    • Produce diagnoses or clinical risk scores
    • Publish child-level information
    • Replace your safeguarding system without separate approval
    • Write to your school MIS without verified, supported integration
    • Promise placements, outcomes or inspection results

    How we're building it

Three phases, each earned with evidence.

    Phase 1

    Provider core

Website, secure referral, delivery evidence, six reporting windows, safe sharing and controlled public impact — proven with design partners.

    Now: design partners
    Phase 2

    Trusts & multi-agency

Multi-site administration, richer coordination and approved integrations — when Phase 1 evidence supports it.

    Next
    Phase 3

    Local authority network

Regional directory, quality assurance and commissioning views — built last, with a named LA sponsor.

    Common questions

    Straight answers.

    We already have a website.

We replace it with a website using your own branding, with the AP Hub platform included. We help move your approved pages, policies and website address across. Our aim is to lower your combined website and administration costs; we review the costs with you during your demo.

Can AP Hub connect to our school systems?

AP Hub is designed to connect to school MIS systems such as Arbor, Bromcom and SIMS, and to safeguarding systems such as CPOMS where a supported connection is available. We confirm the connection, permissions and any import requirements for your school during setup. Your new website and the AP Hub platform are provided together.

Our trust manages our website address. Can we still use AP Hub?

Yes. We work with your trust’s website or IT team to agree the move, keep your branding and use the website address they approve. We handle the technical setup with them.

We can't share pupil information publicly.

Agreed. Private records stay private. Public impact is a separate, approved and disclosure-checked process — and some providers will choose to publish qualitative information only.

We can't change anything during term.

Then we won't. Launches are staged and timed with you. Speed is an option, not a demand.

    Can you guarantee more placements?

No. We'll help you measure referral quality and conversion honestly, so you can see what's working.

Does our local authority need to buy a licence?

No. Case-specific sharing with a caseworker is part of the provider product. The LA network product is separate and comes later.
